Covid-19 Update & Guidelines:
We request that all hotel guests shower in their hotel room 15-minutes before arriving for their treatment (failure to do so will require you to shower within your allocated booking time resulting in a shorter treatment).
Spa guests not staying in the hotel are required to arrive 30-minutes early so that they can have a shower before their treatment begins. Please contact us at email@example.com to arrange your shower appointment time. Failure to do so will require you to shower within your allocated booking time resulting in a shorter treatment.
In line with government legislation, from the 8th of August it is mandatory for all guests to wear face-coverings for their appointments, please remember to bring yours along with you. You will also be required to wear one in all public areas of the hotel (more information on these guidelines can be found here).
We recommend that all guests bring their own bottle of water for during/after their treatment.
If you, or anyone within your social bubble, begin to show any symptoms of Covid-19 within two weeks of your booking please let us know so we can cancel or re-arrange your appointment.
At present we are able to perform all of our massages and body treatments, however, facials still remain restricted under current government legislation and are unable to be booked for the forseeable future.
Please note that we are not reopening the hot tub and spa facilities at this time.
