Need to know
We ask that you arrive 5 to 10 minutes ahead of your booking. Please let a member of the team know if you will be late for your appointment as a late arrival will mean a shorter/cancelled treatment.
Please let us know in advance of your visit if you have any allergies, are pregnant or have any other medical concerns that you feel may affect your spa use/treatments.
In the unfortunate event that you need to cancel, so long as you let us know 24 hours in advance, there will be no charge. Any time after that and the full amount will be charged.
We recommend guests wear comfortable, loose-fitting clothes when arriving for a treatment. Hotel guests are very welcome to wear their robe and slippers from their room to the spa for a treatment, but we respectfully ask that robes are not worn when in Bar 15 or The Dispensary.
In line with government legislation, from the 8th of August it is mandatory for all guests to wear face-coverings for their appointments, so please do remember to bring yours along with you. You will also be required to wear one in all public areas of the hotel Here
We also request that all hotel guests shower in their hotel room 15-minutes before arriving for their treatment (failure to do so will require you to shower within your allocated booking time resulting in a shorter treatment).
Spa guests not staying in the hotel are required to arrive 30-minutes early so that they can have a shower before their treatment begins. Please contact us at email@example.com to arrange your shower appointment time. Failure to do so will require you to shower within your allocated booking time resulting in a shorter treatment.
Guests are required to wear their own underwear for their treatment and our therapists are trained to respect client modesty at all times.
We do ask for 7 days’ notice should you need to cancel or reschedule a treatment, however no charge will be made for spa treatments cancelled with 24 hours’ notice. In the unfortunate event you need to cancel after this time, a charge will be made for the full amount unless we are able to re-sell the appointment, in which case you’ll be able to reschedule and have the payment credited to your new treatment time.
Please let us know about any medical conditions or concerns at the time of booking so that we can tailor any treatments accordingly. If you have any queries at all, please ask to save potential disappointment on the day if we discover the treatment(s) you have booked are not suitable for an existing condition.
Our therapists are trained to offer suitable treatments to anyone who is undergoing treatment, has been affected by or is in recovery from cancer, so please give details at the time of booking so your treatments can be tailored to suit.
Spa 15 reserve the right to decline to administer a treatment if for any reason they feel it would not be in the best interests of the guest. Any treatments are booked at the guests’ own risk and Spa 15 do not accept responsibility should a guest have an allergic reaction.
Pregnancy / mums-to-be
Many of our treatments can be enjoyed, or tailored specifically for you, when you are pregnant, but please contact us before booking any treatments to avoid disappointment.
We do have one treatment room with disabled access. We recommend contacting us prior to booking any treatments so that we can ensure this treatment room is available for you.
There is Wi-Fi available in Spa 15 and while there is also a mobile signal – depending on your network – we ask that phones are set to silent to ensure a peaceful and relaxing spa experience for all guests.
We have a limited number of lockers for spa guests, but request you leave valuables at home where possible, as we cannot accept responsibility for any loss or damage. Don’t forget to check your robe pockets before handing back into reception.
Children under the age of 16 are not permitted in Spa 15 and treatments are for over 16s only.
Smoking is not permitted in or outside any part of the hotel or spa.
There are several car parks to be found conveniently close to No.15. Bath Cricket Club Car Park, BA2 4EX, is just around the corner and is approximately a 10-minute walk away, as is Manvers Street Car Park, BA1 1JQ.
